Same real lsusb test session as the 05a3:9230 row above: 'ID 32e4:9230 HD USB Camera HD USB Camera' -- a second physical ELP-style board reporting a DIFFERENT vendor id (32e4, not in linux-usb.org usb.ids) but the SAME product id (9230) as the ARC International/Ailipu board. Confirms these cheap board-camera modules get rebadged with arbitrary/unregistered VIDs while keeping the reference PID from the reference design. Bandwidth table read from a real `lsusb -v` dump.
