Drops to 128 bytes per microframe, so up to 48 fit on one USB port at that setting.

Bandwidth table read from a real `lsusb -v` dump. 7 isochronous settings, smallest 128 bytes per microframe. Seen on 92 machines in the dump corpus. 2 different tables were reported for this ID, which usually means it enumerates differently on USB 2 and USB 3 hosts.
