Don't buyOne bandwidth setting

Its own USB descriptors rule it out for a multi-camera rig.

Offers a single bandwidth setting at 1024 bytes per microframe, so only 6 fit on one USB port and the rest go dark. Not a camera to build a table on.

Bandwidth table read from a real `lsusb -v` dump. 1 isochronous setting, smallest 1024 bytes per microframe. Seen on 8 machines in the dump corpus. 2 different tables were reported for this ID, which usually means it enumerates differently on USB 2 and USB 3 hosts.

What backs this
Its bandwidth table was read out of a real USB descriptor dump from somebody's machine. We have never held this camera, but we know exactly how much of a USB port it reserves.
