UVC_QUIRK_FIX_BANDWIDTH: BANDWIDTH QUIRK: device misreports (usually over-reports) the isochronous bandwidth it needs in its probe/commit response; the driver recalculates/clamps it instead of trusting the device. Directly relevant to multi-camera bus budgeting -- a device with this quirk cannot be trusted to self-report a correct bytes-per-microframe figure.
