Some cameras send video over bulk transfers instead, which reserve no bus bandwidth at all. Seen on 44 machines in the dump corpus. UVC_QUIRK_PROBE_DEF: device does not support GET_DEF (default) on the Probe control; driver skips asking for defaults and uses GET_CUR instead
